Returns
Please remember that all the items we sell are vintage, timeworn and unique. Whilst we endeavour to give an accurate description and photographs of each object on the website, we understand that sometimes you will need to return items that you have purchased from us.
Should you wish to return an item for refund, you have a legally protected 14 days with which to return these items without explanation, however you are required to contact us and inform us of your wish to do so within 7 days in writing, either by email to mail@fabulousvintagefinds.co.uk or by post to Fabulous Vintage Finds, 36 Kestrel Avenue, Herne Hill, London SE24 0EB.
Please return the item to us in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging at your own cost, ensuring that you adequately pack the item. Please note that returned items remain your responsibility until we receive them back and be advised to use a ‘Signed For’ postage option or certificate of postage to ensure items are returned promptly and safely.
Once the item has been received we will notify you and refund the price of the item (excluding all postage & packaging costs).
Damaged Goods
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately so that we may rectify the situation. If you could provide high- resolution images of the damaged item, the original packaging or other information you feel may be helpful to ensure we are able to lodge a successful claim with the shipper. We will then refund you the cost of the item.
Bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
